Every handmade craft of Tezukuriya no Jane is made with utmost care and love to thrill and delight you. But if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange in accordance to these policies.
All refunds and exchanges are to be completed within 14 working days (Singapore) or 30 working days (Overseas) of receiving your purchase(s).
Refund and exchange eligibility for purchased items generally requires:
- Item to be unused and in pristine condition (no physical alteration such as washing or other deliberate abuse)
- Item to be left in its original packaging
- Item to be mailed back to TezukuriyanoJane’s address (shipping fees to be absorbed by buyer)
- Proof of purchase (receipts and/or email confirmation of purchase)
- Transaction to be made by original buyer (transfer of items are not applicable to refund and exchange)

Returning Your Item for a Refund
To return your purchased item, please request a refund by emailing [email protected]. We will then provide you with a shipping address to mail your item back to us. Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
Shipping Costs for Return
You will be required to absorb all shopping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the full cost of return shipping will be duly deducted from your refund amount.
For buyers returning more expensive items, kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to secure the return process. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the unfortunate event that item gets lost in shipping during the return process, all refund and exchange requests will be cancelled.
Once you have shipped out your return, kindly email us with picture proof of mail and transaction.
Receiving your refund for a returned item
Upon receiving the returned item, we will notify you by email that the item has been received. We will then and process the refund. We will also notify you of the status of your refund request.
Please note that all refund requests are subject to approval after inspection of the returned item.
Should your refund request be approved, it will be processed with immediate effect and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that some payment methods may take several working days to transmit the funds.
Full or partial refunds
In the event of wear-and-tear or obvious signs of physical changes to the item upon check, a partial refund will be considered and discussed with the buyer.
Delayed or missing refunds
In the event that you have not received your refund, kindly:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Sale items not eligible for refund
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund and/or exchange. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, under any circumstance.
Please note that all craft by Tezukuriya No Jane are handmade and thus no two items are identical. Thus, there may be certain imperfections that give each product its handmade character and charm.
If you think you have received a defective item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your product, and provide us with photographs. If it is determined that the items are truly defective or damaged, they can be exchanged for another item of the same price.
